Based in Santo Domingo, Arajet is on its way to becoming a truly international airline by extending its network to Canada and Argentina next winter season.
The Dominican low-cost airline has just announced a direct route linking Santo Domingo to Toronto from October 24 with four weekly flights, and another connecting Santo Domingo to Montreal from 7 November with four weekly flights. And it will launch a link linking Santo Domingo to Buenos Aires from November 14 with three flights per week. The flights will be operated by Boeing 737 MAX-8.
These new services will be added to those which had already been announced recently, in particular Sao Paulo, in Brazil; Santiago de Chile in Chile; Cartagena and Medellin in Colombia; as well as several Caribbean islands such as Jamaica, Aruba or Curaçao. Arajet currently offers direct flights to 22 destinations in 15 countries from its base in Santo Domingo.
Canadians can connect at Las Americas International Airport in Santo Domingo to all of these South American and Caribbean destinations. ” Arajet keeps its promise to democratize the skies of the region, and to be able to connect the Americas with the greatest possible efficiency, which is why we offer the possibility to our Canadian friends to travel in complete safety, on new planes, with the best service on board and at the best price on the market », promises Víctor Pacheco Méndez, CEO and founder of Arajet.
