Spirit Airlines will add Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to its route network next spring, the carrier announcing it will launch service from two existing destinations to the largest metropolitan area in the Pacific Northwest.

Fort Lauderdale-based Spirit Airlines will being operating twice-daily between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and Los Angeles International Airport on March 24.

Then, on April 14, the carrier will start twice-daily service between Las Vegas McCarran International Airport and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

According to Spirit, it will offer connections from its Seattle flights to an additional 15 cities via Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

By March 24, Spirit will serve 14 cities with non-stop flights from Los Angeles. These will include both Oakland International Airport, which Spriti will begin serving from Los Angeles on November 12; and Seattle.

When it begins serving Seattle on April 14, Spirit will be serving 19 cities with non-stop flights from Las Vegas. These will include New Orleans, which the airline will begin serving from Las Vegas on November 13.
