Southwest Airlines and subsidiary AirTran Airways have extended their flight schedules, to include services between February 14 and March 8, 2013.
In the newly extended schedule, Southwest Airlines will begin new service between Kansas City and Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, offering two daily non-stop flights.
Both carriers also will begin new seasonal routes.
Southwest’s new seasonal markets include a daily non-stop flight on each of seven routes: Albuquerque-Orlando; Albany-Las Vegas; Hartford Bradley International Airport-Las Vegas; Islip, Long Island-Fort Myers; West Palm Beach-Pittsburgh; West Palm Beach-Providence; and Providence-Fort Myers.
AirTran Airways’ new seasonal markets include two daily non-stop flights between Chicago Midway Airport and Fort Myers; and a daily round-trip between Detroit and Fort Myers.
