GLO, a new public charter service, is inaugurating service on November 15 on the first of three routes it is planning from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport to other cities in the southern United States.
New Orleans-based GLO, which was founded by New Orleans native Trey Fayard, will operate once-daily service on weekdend days and twice-daily service on weekdays between Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (IATA code MSY) and Little Rock’s Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT).

To serve the route, Corporate Flight Management, Inc. will operate a 30-seat Saab 340B turboprop regional airliner on public charter flights (regulated under 14 CFR Part 380) marketed by FlyGLO LLC d/b/a GLO.
GLO also plans to begin round-trip service from New Orleans to Memphis International Airport (MEM) on November 29 and to Shreveport Regional Airport (SHV) on December 14.
The new public charter service will offer promotional one-way $163 ‘GLO Saver’ fares on its New Orleans-Little Rock route through November 29.

In-flight service inside the 30-passenger Saab 340B will include complimentary beverages and snacks, with local favorites such as PJ’s Coffee and Evamor Water. GLO promises a generaous seat pitch and passengers will be offered complimentary local publications.
At Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, GLO is the 14th air service provider. It will increase the airport’s total number of non-stop destinations to 49.
In Little Rock, GLO will be the airport’s seventh commercial air service provider and will increase the airport’s number of non-stop destinations to 14.
GLO’s schedule for its New Orleans-Little Rock service calls for its flight to depart MSY at 2:30 p.m. on Sundays from November 15 and arrive at LIT at 4:04 p.m.
In the other direction, the Sunday return flight will leave LIT at 4:35 p.m. and reach MSY at 6:09 p.m.

On weekdays, GLO’s schedule on the New Orleans-Little Rock route calls for its first flight to depart MSY at 7:45 a.m. on Mondays through Fridays from November 16 and land at LIT at 9:19 a.m.
The second weekday flight will leave MSY at 2:30 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays from November 16 and touch down at LIT at 4:04 p.m.
In the other direction, GLO’s first weekday flight will leave LIT at 9:50 a.m. on Mondays through Fridays from November 16 and get to MSY at 11:24 a.m. The second flight will depart LIT at 4.35 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays from November 16 and reach MSY at 6:09 p.m.
On Saturdays, GLO’s New Orleans-Little Rock service calls for its flight to leave MSY at 7:45 a.m. weekly from November 21 and touch down at LIT at 9:19 a.m.
In the other direction, the Saturday flight is timed to depart LIT at 9:50 a.m. weekly from November 21 and arrive at MSY at 11:24 a.m.
