An Airberlin Boeing 737-700 fitted with Boeing’s new Sky Interior was the first of five Boeing commercial jets to arrive at this year’s Paris Air Show.

On June 19, 2011, this Airberlin Boeing 737-700 was the first Boeing commercial jet to arrive for display at the 2011 Paris Airshow. With thios aircraft, Airberlin was the first airline to operate the new Boeing Sky Interior on a 737-700. It took delivery of this aircraft in March 2011
Flown from Dusseldorf to Paris by airberlin’s Boeing Fleet Chief Marc Altenscheidt and the airline’s Boeing Technical Pilot Tim Techt, the German carrier’s aircraft landed at Le Bourget just after 8 a.m. local time and will be on view at the show until Thursday June 23.
Airberlin was the first airline to take delivery and operate the new Boeing Sky Interior on a 737-700. The carrier took delivery of this aircraft, the first 737-700 to be fitted with the Boeing Sky Interior, in March.
