Air Transat will offer from next June a non-stop transatlantic connection between Montreal and Marrakechin Morocco.
The airline of the Canadian tour operator Transat AT thus becomes the only North American airline to offer non-stop flights to the “ocher city” Moroccan, which it will offer two rotations per week in the summer (from June to October) and once a week in the winter (from November to April). This is the first destination that the Montreal company will serve on the African continent.
From June 12 to October 24, 2024, flights connecting Montreal to Marrakech will be offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The connection will then be maintained once a week, on Saturdays, until April 20, 2025. It will be operated by Air Transat’s Airbus A321LR, a new generation single-aisle aircraft equipped with a spacious cabin, cutting-edge entertainment systems integrated into seats and boasting the lowest level of fuel consumption and CO2 emissions in their category.
Remember that from Canada to Morocco, the national airline Air Canada offers a regular Montreal-Casablanca connection, operated by six flights per week in Airbus A330-300.
