The first Airbus A350-900 of the airline Air France equipped with the new cabins has been delivered, and enters into service this Wednesday from Paris towards Vancouver in Canada.
The French national company announced on July 18, 2023 the delivery of its 21st A350-900 registered F-HUVA (MSN603) and baptized “Aix en Provence”, the first with new cabins configured to accommodate 48 passengers in Business class, 32 in Premium and 212 in Economy (292 seats against 324 in the top 20).
Air France stresses that the new plane enters service on July 19 between its base in Paris CDG and the airport of Vancouvera daily route with departures at 10:15 a.m. arriving at 11:10 a.m., the return flight leaving Western Canada at 1:20 p.m. to land the next day at 8:05 a.m. (average flight time 9:50 a.m.).
The alliance company SkyTeam expects a total of 41 A350-900s, with deliveries to continue until 2025.
