Air France is preparing to celebrate its 90 years of activity. Officially inaugurated on October 7, 1933, the company has since continued to promote the French culture of travel around the world and today offers nearly a thousand daily flights to 200 destinations with a fleet of more than 240 aircraft.
To embody 90 years of elegance, Air France unveils at Galeries Lafayette a collection of five dresses that interpret the different signatures of the airline: the plane and technology; uniforms and fashion; the iconic posters promoting his vast network; gastronomy and crockery; design and architecture.
To imagine and design these original dresses, the company chose to collaborate with Xavier Ronze, head of the costume workshops of the Paris Opera Ballet.
Air France chose Galeries Lafayette to present this collection of dresses as part of its anniversary celebrations. From September 28 to October 10, 2023, in the store’s 12 windows, it will retrace its legendary history and its altitude elegance to move forward and embrace the future.
