According to the Zinfo 974 website, the human resources director of Air Austral and two other department employees received registered letters on Friday officially informing them of their dismissal for serious misconduct.
Yesterday, in a letter not signed by “the management board” sent to all staff, management revealed that after a thorough assessment of the situation and the elements in its possession, the decision was taken to separate from three members of the HR team. This decision, although difficult, in particular because of their seniority (Editor’s note: 32 years for Jacques Atchapa, the director of the service), is taken in the interest of the company.
