The French aircraft and aeronautical equipment manufacturer Daher completed the acquisition of the subcontractor AAA (Aeronautical and Aerospace Assistance), which will enable it to strengthen itself in the industrial services and become “a leading global playerI”.

Like Daher, AAA is a French family group. It achieves approximately 200 million euros in annual turnover and employs 2,000 people in around ten countries. “The merger of Daher and AAA will make it possible to offer the market a global offer of industrial services, covering a very broad spectrum of needs.“said in a press release Daher, who announced in February the finalization of negotiations for this transaction.

Daher wishes to continue and develop what has made AAA successful for more than 30 years by capitalizing in particular on its ability to train a highly qualified workforce, for its own account and that of its customers.», in a context of tensions on the labor market and the challenge of the ramp-up of aircraft production.

Daher achieved a turnover of 1.3 billion euros in 2022, up 15.4%, split half between products and services. At the end of its 2023-2027 strategic plan, the group, which manufactures turboprop aircraft but also supplies parts to aircraft manufacturers Airbus, Boeing and Gulfstream, intends to exceed 2 billion euros in turnover.
