AEGEAN also maintains summer routes from Athens to Bristol and Birmingham, Malaga, Bilbao, Tallinn and Riga, and from Thessaloniki to Barcelona, supporting the extension of the tourist season, while simultaneously increasing frequency to important well-known tourist markets , for example by adding a second daily flight from Athens to Frankfurt.

AEGEAN’s new and improved winter program continues the very strong first nine months of 2023, as evidenced by the latest passenger traffic data. The Greek company transported more than 11.9 million passengers between January and September 2023 (including 7.1 million on the international network), an increase of 30% compared to the same period last year. Its financial results were also positive in the 3rd (third) quarter of the year, compared to the same quarter of 2022 (having already recorded strong performance).
