THE ADP Group (Aéroports de Paris) has selected a branch of Lagardere to continue to co-operate points of sale in airports Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle and Paris-Orly.

Beyond newspapers and books, the future joint venture Extime Travel Essentials Paris, if it receives the green light from the Autorité de la concurrence, will market “gifts and souvenirs, groceries and snacks to take away, or travel accessories“, according to the same source. It will be a matter of continuity for ADP and Lagardère, who jointly hold Relay@ADP under the terms of a partnership launched in 2011, and have the ambition to “deploy a new dynamic” in this sector.

The ambition of the two shareholders is to deploy a new dynamic on the Travel Essentials market, on a network of points of sale which will be renovated and rich in innovation, on the eve of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris in 2024. The objective displayed is to reinvent the Essentials of tomorrow every day! The revival of RELAY, the international brand of French origin of Lagardère Travel Retail, provides an answer to the multiple expectations of customer-travellers who have essential needs but also desires for emotions in a logic of ever more responsible and sustainable consumption. To integrate CSR issues and expectations, an in-depth transformation program for the commercial offer will be tested in “RELAY le Lab “, then deployed on the entire network of Extime Travel Essentials Paris”, can we read in the press release from Groupe ADP.
