Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has opened The St. Regis Mexico City, located on the Paseo de la Reforma boulevard overlooking the iconic Plaza...

Following in the tradition of the St. Regis Hotel New York, The St. Regis Mexico City features the hallmarks of St. Regis hotels including the St. Regis Butler Service, bespoke guest experiences and luxury accommodations tailored to meet global travelers’ needs. Trained in the English tradition, the butlers provide ever-present, unobtrusive service while anticipating guests’ needs and customizing each guest’s stay according to his or her specific tastes and preferences.

The St. Regis hotel brand was founded by John Jacob Astor IV, with the opening of the first St. Regis Hotel in New York City over a century ago. Plans for the brand to continue its legacy globally  include St. Regis properties in Bahia Beach, Puerto Rico, Bal Harbour, Deer Crest and Hawaii in the U.S. and on the mid-Atlantic island of Bermuda.

St. Regis plans to strengthen its presence in Latin America by opening The St. Regis Kanai in the Mayan Riviera and The St. Regis Buenos Aires in Argentina. The St. Regis Mexico City is the brand’s second hotel in Mexico, its opening following the recent opening of The St. Regis Punta Mita in Puerto Vallarta.

In Asia, St. Regis has also announced plans to open properties in Bangkok, Chengdu, Kuala Lumpur, Lhasa, Nanjing, Osaka, Sanya Yalong Bay and Tianjin. In Africa and the Middle East, the St. Regis brand will continue to expand in Abu Dhabi, Cairo, Doha and Mauritius.

The St. Regis luxury-hotel brand provides customized service and attention, coveted locations and luxurious design. For more information on St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, visit
