The gourmet-centric town of Yountville in California’s famous Napa Valley is launching a town-wide “Moveable Feast” program of hotel packages and restaurant deals from December 1 to February, 28, 2010.
Visitors to Yountville, which boasts that it has more Michelin stars per capita than anywhere on the planet, must present a free “Moveable Feast” passport to obtain redemptions at the special menu and offer rates.

From the new Bardessono inn to a range of Thomas Keller restaurants, the passport links visitors to a line-up of hotel packages and restaurant deals including three-course prix fixe dinners for as low as $70.00 per couple, 50 per cent off VIP winetasting and up to 25 per cent off hotel-and-dining packages, starting at $165.00 per double room.
Top picks include a night’s stay at the Bordeaux House with breakfast, a VIP wine tasting at Domaine Chandon and a three-course lunch at Bistro Jeanty for $200.00 per double room.
For an Italian twist, the new boutique Hotel Luca offers breakfast, a Neapolitan-style lunch, two-for-one bicycle rental, a 10 per cent spa discount and a triad of wine tastings for $365.00 per double.
