The Allegheny County Airport Authority & Grant Oliver Corporation have launched a new mobile website, flypittsburgh.mobi, for air travelers who are looking for timely information for Pittsburgh International Airport.

Flypittsburgh.mobi provides information about arriving and departing flights, parking, travel alerts, and promotions. The site works on any mobile phone with Internet access. Those who register by August 31, 2010 get a chance to win a travel certificate valued at $400 from AAA Travel.

FlyPittsburgh.mobi offers up-to-date information on flights and parking status at Pittsburgh International Airport

“As more and more people are using their phones to get information, we thought it was important to offer a new service that allows them to check on their flight information, as well as to get access to current information on the parking availability at the airport,” says Dave Paga, general manager for Grant Oliver. “Now customers can be anywhere and get the information they need. We are looking forward to growing this service to include more features and stay tuned for unique promotions.”

I have a Blackberry Curve 8330 with a data package. Can’t subscribe, can’t find anything specific to Pittsburgh International Airport. Can’t get any value from a site that you can’t access or navigate through it
