Tennessee’s state capital Nashville will become a new destination for JetBlue Airways on May 5, 2016.

JetBlue Airways will operate two daily round-trips between Nashville International Airport (IATA code BNA) and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and one daily round-trip between Nashville and Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport (FLL).

To promote its announced start date of service to Nashville, JetBlue is offering introductory one-way fares from $59 for flights between Nashville and Boston and one-way fares from $79 between Nashville and Fort Lauderdale.

The introductory fares, which include government taxes and fees, must be purchased by October 6, 2015, by the earlier of 11:59 PM Eastern time or local time.

Travel is valid under the introductory fares for flights on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays between May 5 and June 15, 2016. Travel blackout dates under the sale fares are May 30 and June 8 through June 13, 2016.

Nashville is home to some 180 recording studios and more than 5,000 musicians. Its tourist attractions include the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Grand Ole Opry.

Tennessee’s capital city is also home to two major sports league teams and has one of the most diverse and fastest-growing economies in the region, according to JetBlue.

Nashville International Airport marked its 75th anniversary in 2012. It has a one million-square-foot terminal, with more than 50 shops and restaurants, and handles more than 11 million travelers annually.

JetBlue’s schedule for its Boston-Nashville flight will see its first daily flight, flight B6 1807, depart BOS daily at 7:20 a.m. and arrive at BNA at 9:07 a.m. local time. Flight B6 1907 will leave BOS daily at 4:10 p.m. and reach BNA at 5:56 p.m. local time.

In the other direction, flight B6 1806 will push back from the gate at BNA at 9:55 a.m. daily and touch down at BOS at 1:26 p.m. local time. Flight B6 1906 will vacate its gate at BNA at 6:45 p.m. daily and get to BOS at 10:19 p.m.

The schedule for JetBlue’s Fort Lauderdale-Nashville service calls for flight B6 182 to leave FLL at 2:55 p.m. daily and land at BNA at 4:14 p.m. local time.

In the other direction, flight B6 181 will depart BNA at 5:00 p.m. and reach FLL at 8:11 p.m. local time.

JetBlue will operate all its Nashville flights with Airbus A320s.
