AeroMexico will operate four round-trips a week between Mexico City and Ontario and three a week between Mexico City and Sacramento.

AeroMexico is launching new services from Mexico City to the cities of Ontario and Sacramento in California, on April 5 and April 6 respectively.

SkyTeam Alliance member AeroMexico will operate both new services with Boeing 737-700 jets, each seating 124 passengers ‒ 12 in Clase Premier, AeroMexico’s business class, and 112 in Economy.

The carrier will operate four round-trips a week between Mexico City and Ontario and three a week between Mexico  City and Sacramento.

AeroMexico’s schedule for its Mexico City-Ontario service will see flight AM792 leave Mexico City’s Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juárez (IATA code MEX) at 9:10 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from April 5 and arrive at Ontario International Airport (ONT) at 11:25 p.m. local time.

In the other direction, flight AM793 is timed to leave ONT at 1:05 a.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays from April 6 and reach MEX at 7:40 a.m. local time.

AeroMexico’s schedule for its Mexico City-Sacramento service calls for flight AM790 to push back from the gate at MEX at 8:35 p.m. on Tuesday, Fridays and Sundays from April 6 and land at Sacramento International Airport (SMF) at 11:40 p.m. local time.

In the other direction, flight AM791 will vacate its gate at SMF at 1:10 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from April 7 in order to touch down at MEX at 7:35 a.m. local time.

The new flights will be in addition to the five weekly round-trips to Sacramento and four weekly round-trips to Ontario that AeroMexico already operates from Guadalajara.

AeroMexico currently operates 10 different routes to Californian destinations and serves five destinations in the state.

Overall, AeroMexico operates more than 600 flights a day from its main hub in Terminal 2 at Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juárez.

Its route network spans more than 80 cities on three continents, including 45 destinations in Mexico, 16 in the United States, 15 in Latin America, three in Europe, two in Asia and two in Canada.
