Flights on the new service are available to book at www.airtran.com. AirTran is offering one-way introductory fares from 227 one-way.

Introductory fares must be booked by 11:59 p.m. PST on March 1, for travel between June 1 and August 10, 2013.

Travel under an introductory fare requires a 14-day advance purchase. Travel blackout dates for the introductory fares include July 2, July 4 and July 6, 2013.

Southwest Airlines subsidiary AirTran announced late last year that it would begin service between Denver International Airport and Los Cabos International Airport in early March.

AirTran already serves Los Cabos International Airport non-stop from John Wayne Orange County Airport in California.
