Ethiopian Airlines took delivery of the first of five new Bombardier Q400 NextGen turboprops in late September 2012. The five aircraft feature reconfigured, two-class cabins designed to provide passengers with greater in-flight comfort and hot meal service on regional flights. Ethiopian planned also to reconfigure its eight previously delivered Q400s to the new interior standard
