To book a flight from Phoenix-Mesa to Minot, North Dakota, you should go to Allegiant’s website at http://www.Allegiant.com; or else call Allegiant at 702-505-8888; or else go to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and buy a ticket from Allegiant Air’s ticket desk there. Allegiant Air being an ultra-low-cost airline, I don’t think they’ll call you.
